Terri Hartwell Easter is the founder and principal of T. H. Easter Consulting with over 30 years of business human resources management and consulting experience. A former COO of an international AMLAW 100 law practice, Terri is a highly regarded organizational change strategist and executive coach for executive and managers from leading energy companies, professional services firms, commercial banks and the White House. Terri’s trademark is bringing new approaches strategy and innovative thinking to some of the toughest business and human resource management challenges and most aggressive business enhancement goals.

She speaks regularly at national and regional conferences and business meetings on topics related to organizational improvement and human resources including workplace diversity and inclusion, leadership development and succession planning and change management.

Terri has been honored with the prestigious American Business “”Stevie”” Award for Executive of the Year, Woman of the Year and Minority Business of the Year, 2018 HR Innovator Award by the Delaware Business Times, 2018 American Master by Public Broadcasting Service, 2017 Women of Leadership and Power Award by MEA Magazine, and the 2016-2017 HR Consultant of the Year Award by the Society of Human Resources Management, Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Chapters (Delaware Valley). Terri is a graduate of Southeastern University with graduate study at Harvard and Howard Universities and is a Ph.D. student in the Human and Organizational Development and Change Program at Fielding Graduate University. Her research interest is focused on women’s leadership development and sustainable organizational development practices that build greater equity and inclusion for women and people of color.
