Vice President of Programs, Philadelphia Education Fund
Kimberly Stephens is the Vice President of Programs at the Philadelphia Education Fund. A strong and passionate advocate for student access and success, particularly the inclusion and success of students from historically underrepresented groups, Kim has twenty five years experience in education administration and student support services. She is responsible for the strategic development, planning and programming that supports the Ed Fund’s mission of driving exceptional outcomes for all students by developing great teachers and building paths to college and career success. Prior to this position, Kim worked in close alignment with the founding Executive Director of Graduate! Philadelphia toward supporting pathways and increasing postsecondary educational attainment among adults. She began her professional career in the community college higher education sector, leading various student facing programs within the Student Services division. Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology from Trenton State College and a Masters or Arts degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from The College of New Jersey.
