Erica brings the perspective of a clinical psychologist to her work in leadership development and organizational effectiveness to help people and organizations change and grow. Her work has focused on helping business leaders across industries deepen their self-awareness to enhance their impact, while implementing systemic changes in process, systems, programs and culture. Erica’s work is grounded in trust to affect sustainable change and more meaningful careers.

In 2020, she became the leader of HR for Day & Zimmermann’s Munitions & Government division. She made this transition after 10 years leading Talent and Organizational Development for Day & Zimmermann, a $2.5B Philadelphia-based family company with 43,000 employees that delivers a broad spectrum of industrial, defense and workforce solutions to commercial and government customers. Her work has focused on building change capabilities, organizational effectiveness, leader development and talent management to promote change and growth.

Prior to Day & Zimmermann, Erica was a Management & Organizational Development Specialist at Exelon Corporation, an energy generation and distribution company. She has also worked with Right Management Consultants, where she worked with a broad range of clients and industries. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for strategic development and implementation of enterprise-wide talent and organizational development solutions.

Erica earned her Doctorate and Masters of Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College. She currently serves on the Board of the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy. Erica is also a mother of three.
