*Group Package Enhancements Available:

- For Group of 5: Add a Reserved Half Table with preferred seating and Keynote Speaker Books each attendee – $275
*Proof of vaccination or exemption will be required to attend the event.
If you test positive for COVID-19 after March 11, 2022, you must show proof of a positive COVID-19 test with test date in order to receive a full conference ticket refund. In this scenario, please send an email request for a refund with your positive test results to info@pshrmsymposium.com by March 17th. You are also welcome to send someone in your place – simply replacing your registration ticket.
