All of our caregivers undergo:
- In-house screening, interviews, and in-depth reference checks
- Extensive background check completed by a nationally known background screening company which includes: national sex offender registry, national/state criminal records, driving records, OFAC and social security verification.
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- CPR and First Aid certification for Infants and Children
Our care ratios are generous:
- Under 18 months: 2 children per caregiver
- 18 months to 4 years old: 3 children per caregiver
- 5 to 6 years old: 4 children per caregiver
- 7 years and older: 5 children per caregiver
Our experience in doing on-site event care has shown us that children enjoy a day filled with age-appropriate play, toys, crafts, and engaging activities in a safe, nurturing environment.
